What happens at your child's Case Review?
Our Connect Care Process involves 3-Steps
STEP 1: Connect
We sit down and walk through pregnancy, birth, early milestones, and current challenges.
STEP 2: Measure
Non‑invasive scans measure overall stress load on your child's nervous system.
STEP 3: Report
Within 5-7 days, you come back for a dedicated visit where we explain your child’s scans in plain language and show how it all connects. You leave with clarity and a plan, whether that’s with us or elsewhere.

What does it cost to get this level of clarity?
Most families in your situation have already spent hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars on appointments, therapies, and programs… and still don’t feel like they have real answers.
Your child’s full Case Review, Neuro-Structural Examination and Review of Results at our office is $200.
To lock in your child’s spot, we require a $50 Commitment Deposit when you book. That deposit goes directly towards your $200 Case Review or you get it back if you decide against an examination.
Because of the time this takes, we only reserve a limited number of Case Review spots each week for new families from the Windsor–Essex area.

Is this safe for kids?
Yes — everything we do is gentle, non-invasive, and focused on helping your child’s nervous system work better. We see babies, toddlers, and kids of all ages.
Do you work with my child’s pediatrician, OT, or other providers?
Absolutely. Collaboration is everything, and when we start reconnecting the nervous system, every part of your child’s care team benefits.
What if my spouse can’t come?
It’s always best if both parents attend (four ears are better than two!), but if that’s not possible we can schedule a follow-up call so everyone feels informed and confident.
What if we decide not to move forward after the Review of Results?
That’s completely okay. You’ll still leave with clarity, a better understanding of your child’s scans, and if we feel there’s a better fit for your family, we’ll guide you in the right direction.
Do you direct bill insurance?
We don’t direct bill, but we provide detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your plan and coverage.
Is neurologically focused chiropractic covered under my benefits?
Yes. Even though our approach is neurologically focused, it is still billed as chiropractic, so it falls under your standard chiropractic coverage.
Does the $50 Commitment Deposit get applied to the Case Review?
Yes — your $50 commitment deposit is fully applied to your $200 Case Review, Examination and Report of Findings. It simply reserves one of our limited pediatric assessment spots, and if you decide against moving forward with an examination, you get it back. No questions asked.
